NEURA Robotics has selected SECO to help bring Qualcomm processors into its robots, including the 4NE1 humanoid. Their September 7 announcement assigns SECO development and manufacturing work on the electronic modules.
The agreement also outlines training and factory-data projects. Those are plans in the announcement, so we distinguish them from the product specifications NEURA currently advertises.
What SECO will build
The partners say the modules will use Qualcomm Dragonwing processors. NEURA describes its architecture as a brain with a distributed nervous system: its Smart Limbs put processing and sensing nearer the robot's moving parts.
SECO's work covers the engineering needed to manufacture those modules. The companies say development and production will take place in Europe. Their joint announcement describes supporting production at scale as an objective.
The 4NE1 specifications need context

We treat the table as NEURA's product listing. In particular, its broad payload range should be read alongside that multiple-model description; we have not independently tested those loads or established a load rating for every configuration. The compute-module agreement does not itself validate the advertised specifications.
Italy training hub and factory data
The partners identify an Italian NEURA Gym as a next step, describing it as a planned first training hub for NEURA in Southern Europe. They also intend to collect production data and develop automation for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.
Their stated ambition is to make the resulting capabilities usable internationally. The announcement describes that destination as a goal, rather than reporting a completed global deployment.
