Agibot and Chimelong Group say they launched the first phase of a large-scale embodied-AI deployment at Chimelong Spaceship Park on September 24, 2026. The companies report that more than 300 Agibot robots have been integrated into entertainment, education, visitor services and hotel operations.

The launch also marked the delivery of the 20,000th robot from Agibot production to Chimelong, according to the company announcement. That is a manufacturing milestone reported by Agibot, not an independently audited production count.

Seven visitor scenarios

Agibot says the robots are spread across seven scenarios: live entertainment, science education, guided tours, retail service stations, AI companion experiences, hotel services and sports competitions. This is a broader operating footprint than a single demonstration area, although the announcement does not break down how many robots serve each scenario.

The guest-facing activities are concrete. Agibot says visitors can watch robots perform martial arts, gymnastics and tai chi, or interact with them through table tennis and manipulation challenges. Robots also answer questions, introduce exhibits, provide directions and guide visitors through designated areas. Multi-robot performances combine robotic movement with human performers, music and lighting.

How the fleet is coordinated

Agibot, Chimelong and China Mobile say they established a dedicated 5G-A network for responsive interactions and stable connectivity in high-traffic areas. The announcement also describes centralized coordination across park and hotel environments.

The companies list operational safeguards covering network security, privacy, charging and fire safety. They do not publish uptime, intervention-rate or service-speed data in the announcement, so the rollout should be read as a deployment claim rather than proof of autonomous performance at scale.

What comes next

Agibot and Chimelong also announced a joint research institute focused on embodied AI in culture and tourism. The institute is intended to use operating experience from the project to explore new applications, operating models and technologies for tourism, entertainment and hospitality.

The companies describe this first phase as a foundation for expanding robot applications across Chimelong over time. Agibot says its robot portfolio uses a “Three Intelligences in One” architecture that combines locomotion, interaction and manipulation, but the park announcement does not identify the model mix or publish per-robot specifications.

The scale is therefore the story: a company-reported fleet of more than 300 robots working across multiple public-facing settings, supported by shared networking and coordination. The next useful evidence will be operational data showing how consistently that fleet performs after the launch period.
